Catering Agreement
On-Site Full Service Catering
All necessary food, chafers, and serving utensils will be supplied for the event, with post-event cleanup included.
Clients have the choice to bring their own event decor and table settings for a personalized touch. Otherwise, a standard setup including tables and tablecloths will be provided.
We will arrive at the venue/location 2-4 hours ahead of the event- for groups of 100 or fewer, the food truck will not be present. For groups of 100-250, the food truck will be on site. Additional fees apply for groups exceeding 250.
The customer will collaborate with the vendor to find adequate parking solutions for our 24-foot trailer and pickup truck.

Deposit & payment
An upfront deposit of $500 is required upon signing the contract and this deposit is non-refundable. Clients may request additional services, increasing the total cost. These requests must be documented in writing or as an addendum. The remaining balance is due at the event's conclusion.
Returned check fee
Should a check be returned, a $35 fee will be charged.
Guest and menu
Client agrees to provide the caterer with the final guest count no less than 10 days before the event. Changes to the number of guests may influence the original contract amount. The catering menu is an estimation of food costs, prices might vary based on supplier prices. To optimize the guest experience, customers should notify the caterer of any food allergies or dietary restrictions beforehand.
